For orders within the continental United States, Robert Siegel Studio ships Standard, Express and Overnight via UPS or Federal Express to street addresses only. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. For internationals shipping, please call our offices at 310-779- 9577.
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and usually ship within 3-5 weeks unless we have them in stock. Our shipping department does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Robert Siegel Studio does everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely. We take great care in packing, extra packing materials, consideration of number of items in a box etc. All this adds to the expense of shipping. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, and expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en-route to you, however sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, keep the packing materials, and photograph them immediately as well. Robert Siegel Studio will replace all broken items at no cost to you ONLY if the box and contents are properly photographically documented.

If your items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 7 business days for a replacement or credit.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Robert Siegel Handmade experience. If for any reason your purchase fails to meet you expectations, we will gladly accept returns of our products in salable condition up to 30 days from the time of purchase based on the conditions listed below.
Should you wish to return an item received as a gift, we will gladly either replace it for another item or issue a merchandise credit worth the value of the item on the date of return. Should you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have credit issued to you on the original form of payment. If you desire a refund, your original purchase must be captured under your customer account or you must have the original sales receipt present at the time or return. To receive credit to a credit card; the original card that was used for purchase must be provided at time of return. Custom orders are FINAL, NO exceptions.
